Teemo suggestion
Limit shrooms to less time and less damage. They do too much damage for how many he can lay and how long they last. He does enough damage otherwise they sit there for too long in lane wiping waves. we had a 4v5 going on and we aced them at our tower and the teemo shrooms in the lane killed half our HP and 2 waves making it impossible to push, we later found the same amount of shrooms in another lane and scattered in the jungle. It just isnt fair.
they nerfed him too hard just played a game as him and i couldnt do any damage to a yi id blind and he'd kill me no problem before it wore off, also you need to give him back his shroom power, it was the only thing that made teemo viable
