Promo's may make me quit this game

Before reading this, yes I know i'm bad, yes I know apparently its all my fault i can't complete promos, yes I know every high elo player is going to act like they are better than me and im stupid for posting this but its so beyond frustrating I don't know what else to do.

I am currently Silver 1 have been for about 2 weeks, my goal is to at least get gold I would like to get to plat but gold is my goal. I know I am not good enough to get higher than that at the moment and I work to improve my ability every day but I am currently at a 56% win rate in Silver 1 and before these promos I was at a 62%. In theory I should be in a higher division with that win rate and I have climbed to 100 LP 4 times now but every single time failed my gold promos.

I would estimate the losses equate to this 30% all my fault I should have been better 30% Diamond players on the enemy team 40% Rage quit teammate.

This is what the problem is I feel like in promos I always get matched against players of much higher level (I regularly get diamonds on the enemy team) and my team are all people who are below a 50% win rate and are silver.

I have worked so hard for this and wasted countless hours and its to the point now where I may just give up and quit the game because I can't take this anymore.

Promo games are the worst thing in league in my opinion, I don't know what else to do when I am winning 75% of my non promo games and then as soon as I get into Gold promos I go 0-3.

If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it because I am about to jump off the cliff and quit after thousands of hours and years of hard work. League just is not fun, I find no enjoyment in the game I just desperately want to achieve what I set out to.
