After the rlylais nerf, I figured I had to adapt. I took a movementspeed Taliyah build, to still be able to kite melee champions. The build is relatively strong, but has the negative point in being not tanky. You die extremely fast if your positioning is bad.

runes: nothing special masteries: 0/18/12 with thunderlords and the summoner spel cd reduction cause flash is very important
