Let's start with his passive. Dmg in "Shadow Form" down. Cool downs: Wall Phasing up and Dash up. Maybe his ult, that's kinda iffy. Darkin ult dmg down. They want him to be a bit more of a bruiser. He leaves too big of a bruise. (Boo!) It's late, I'm tired. Did I miss anything?

NoFoibles1 votesDefinitely needs nerfs, Starting at least by making his ult last less time than zonyas. How that even came to be blows my mind. He really doesn't need buffs. Yeah hes week early game but it doesn't matter due to his ideal role being jungle. with smart pathing you can easily cruise through your week early game. The real problem with him is his severe lack of counterplay on low mobility champs. many squishy mages rely on flash/zonyas to be there only strong form of breaking ganks. kayns ult alone combined with plenty of dive ability makes playing any squishy champ into a team with kayn absolutely terrifying. Also clever kayns can effectively be impossible for your teamates to peel. he may not be busted against all champs but if you play mid or adc you might as well not leave base but even there the only safe place from kayn is fountain. didn't mean to rant but it kinda just came out of me, and hes been ruining my week.
