J4 passive CD indicator

Hello,

Well, the title says it pretty much. Could you please add an on target CD indicator for J4s passive like you have on Nautilus... or Yasuo... or Udyr.

I am aware you can click on the enemy to look at the debuff icons... but if they can have it, why can't J? He's even royal. (there's also no indication for kalista right)

I am aware that this problem has been asked a few times since two years ago. But it hasn't been asked this year afaik.
