Jhin's hitboxes are fine

Greetings everyone,

Some of you might have guessed that this thread is going to be a response to Art...requires hitboxes to be fixed. You guessed well

The thing people dont understand is that hitboxes and hurtboxes in League of Legends are 2dimentional

Deadly Flourish ( W ) has no serious problem

I already knew the hitbox was fine, But this thread really pissed me off, So i had to talk about it

Obviously the hit was far away from Kaisa hurtbox

Unlucky, It barely didnt hit Akali hurtbox

This is a problem with the river

> The hitbox starts at Jhin's feet, but once the shot goes off, the hitbox moves to the left. ( Jhin's left )

That is just the champions height wich makes it look like that

Target Dummies have huge hurtboxes for many reasons, And because of that the Target dummy blocked the hit for Khazix

CURTAIN CALL IS ALSO FINE

The shot hit him because Target Dummies have big hurtboxes

This is where the hitboxes actually were, They look higher because of the height of the champion

You obviously didn't bother to read the full thread, and not even the answer of Riot Jinxylord. This thread doesn't complain about Jhin's Curtain Call. It answers to those who complain about it.

In the 4rth Case of the W, it clearly should've missed. Litterally, the lines told a direction, and it went straight up to the left.

Jhin's W indicator is indeed somewhat inaccurate when shot up or down elevation changes (into or out of the river). A number of particles have this issue, Jhin W and Lux R are most noticeable due to their extreme ranges. Not an easy problem to solve sadly.

There is this thing with the elevation changes. But it doesn't justify the W that should've missed the dummy in the midlane, at the same ground level. The indicator of the W is located on the ground, then you have the shot in the air. The indicator is wrong when it comes to accuracy. With this hitbox (more likely, the indicator ) you just have to move to the right, even if the indicator IS on you, and you dodged it. It is aggravated when it's shot on a target that is on a ground level higher than you are ( Jhin in the river, target on any sidelane ).

You barely justify each thing with a sentence. I'm sorry, but your thread falls flat and only seems, like you said, "the thread of someone pissed off". Taking more screenshots/footage in-game is not a problem. If you want to see a Champion instead of a dummy to prove the point of the W being fucked, be my guest.

Ah, are you one of the idiots that down votes a post which has good reasons?

What I wanted to point out here is the fact that the shot is not in the same place as what the hitbox told me.

The "hurtbox", like you called it, should have been where the hitbox was. I would have been fine if the "hurtbox" hit the dummy but didn't move from the initial indicator.

I am not complaining about Curtain Call. If you bothered to read the thread, I said that I already knew about how the range worked.

Did I say, on this case, that "it shouldn't have hit"? No. I even knew it was going to hit.

I just said that I founded it weird because my bullet isn't where I thought I shooted it.
