Twisted Fate E buff? (What if...)

Well, simply put, I don't feel strong when I play** Twisted Fate**. Now, I understand his roam potential and his wave clear and long range poke, but I really don't think he is that strong of a champion. Now, i understand he is in a healthy position in the state of the game, but I really feel like his E could be buffed somewhat. TwistedFate Now here is what I propose for him: 8% AP scaling on every auto attack as a passive for his E. Similar to oriana Orianna passive or Kassadin Kassadin passive, every auto will do some extra damage. This passive would give him some nice damage and make him more fun during laning, more damage for CS (as he has PITIFUL base AD)

Now I agree he is not bad. But is he better then ryzeRyze ? LeblancLeblanc ? ZiggsZiggs ? EkkoEkko ? Like twisted fate isnt someone who is scary in lane. And one more thing. He has low AD and Speed and everything. So if anyone agrees or has any ideas, tell me about it.

You want to just add an 8% AP on-hit on every autos? Like, and that's all, nothing more?

That's a huge buff, one TF can't afford right now without a compensatory nerf elsewhere.

And E already gives attack speed.

No thanks, he's just fine. And that's not even relevant to the reason why AP TF is used.

In addition to a buff to E, I would like to see its stacks determine which card TF starts with when using W (and the max stacks would obviously be reduced to 2, so we have 0, 1, 2). I think it would add some neat gameplay.
