Hello RIOT, hear my frustration please, hope you can take the feedback.

There is a huge issue that is making the game experience worse day by day, and that is, as players want to rank up, get better at the game, have a chance in competitive, they encounter other players that don't really care about others at all, they intentionally refuse to cooperate, they admit it, and they continue playing on their own while blaming others for not being able to carry them. If the players that actually care about the game try to stand up against the people that don't , because eventually they will lose the temper, out of so much time invested, out of so much effort put, they will eventually start flaming, because they are powerless, and what does your system do? Your automates system promotes trolling behavior while shutting down the short tempered players, day by day your system transforms players from players that want to cooperate and try to make others notice their mistakes and fix them for the future (sometimes not in the best way) into players that have no moral values but are "politically correct" according to your successful system . I don't know the numbers, but eventually LoL community will die because of you. After i got banned on this account (i was not even flaming bad, i was just being straight criticizing on the game-play after, nothing personal, nothing about their life, i just couldn't take it anymore) i started fresh on a new account and tried my best to reform, but lately, I encounter more and more people that simply refuse with all their heart to cooperate with their team, I am playing this game from season 2, and I noticed this change more often on the last two seasons, they intentionally let you die, they intentionally kill you so they can blame you and make you lose your mind to flame them, so you can get banned, this is like being in general school, the bullies that provoke things are unpunished but the actual victims that don't know how to react to them and simply lose their temper are punished for bad behavior.

My suggestion is, please add a feature to the game like the tribunal back in the days, but this time, being able to "replay" certain moments of the game that were reported, + chat, and let the community decide which players should get punished or not, and make this only for ranked, where people should not be trolling. Also, for this to work for both sides, give this privilege to those that have the ability to be "honorable" in real life based on some personality tests, not in the game by those false standards that are promoted.

I hope this message can get to you and you will consider doing something about this issue. I take the responsibility for this idea to create an organized structure of how this feature might work if you had at least the slightest point of interest in this.

Last thing to say: Your automate system is ineffective, not only sometimes the wrong people get punished and makes the lol community even worse, but you also lose the trust of your donors by refusing to analyze the case in which players think they didn't deserve a permanent penalty, I for one, I donated so much from my main account, that after I got permanently banned without any way to prove my innocence or prove reforming after a certain amount of time, be it weeks, months, years, but at least I knew i could get back the thing that matters a lot to me, the thing that i invested money, time and dedication into. I for one, i will never donate any money to you, not in a thousand years after you disrespected me so much, and i'm not the only one.

I know you don't care about these little "casualties", its all about money, this is how this twisted world works nowadays, this is how you promote yourselves, this is what you promote among your community, but at one point dear RIOT, you will lose everything because of these little insignificant details, like few others did back in the days.
