Vel'Koz fix
I've mained vel literally from second level, 2 years ago I believe. Throughout the game, I've noticed 2 things. Foremost, he has no identity: he neither has great burst potential, nor is a sieger, nor has strong cc, and despite his passive doing some true damage he is not a tank shredder, and he's immobile as hell. The second thing I've noticed is that dev's have occasionally mentioned this but have yet to follow up on a kit revision to give him individuality. Here's my thoughts: he's the void scientist for all intents and purposes, based on his lore, and his passive is named organic deconstruction. Why not tack on a cc ability to it? When the third stack is applied to a target and the damage proc's, why not have it apply additional effects depending on the ability that proc'd the damage. Plasma fission could cause additional damage over time, void rift could stun, tectonic disruption could actually cause a decent knockback/knockup, not the petty effect is has now, and lifeform disintegration ray could hamper the targets damage. This, I feel, would not only make vel a more reliable champion, but could also add a dimension of play that suites his theme: he's a scientist and must choose when and how to proc this effect during the ideal situation. It's a level of micromanaging that fits his theme and kit.
