I've been hearing that stormrazor effects jhins 4th shot crit if that is true is building stormrazor really worth it????

his 3rd and 4th shot will both crit when used properly. The item is quite broken on him.
It's terrible. If stormrazors passive is up while your 4th shot is prepped your 4th shot will do less damage than without it. The time between crits is not lowered by his bonus attack speed and only goes down with levels meaning you have to wait an eternity between each shot in order to get a crit. Building lethality is the way to go this patch since crit got gutted to death
Some Jhin mains do build it and deal with the reduced damage, but I'm not one of them. Hell to me even lethality feels like shit.
copying (some of) my post from elsewhere: It does not increase his crit damage AT ALL (tested with the training tool just a few mins ago), and it also nerfs his 4th shot.
level 18, with phantom, infinity and this, 389 crit damage with or without stormrazor proc level 18 with phantom, cannon, shiv, and this (for interaction testing): 397 crits, with or without.
my basic analysis is that it just...SETS rather than ADDS the crit multiplier, and that is conflicting with jhin's passive which seems to be having a higher priority much like players are reporting with shaco's backstab.
TL;DR: Spaghetti item, spaghetti passives. Riot: make it additive or turn it into old infinity edge.
