Pantheon E should act more like Braum Shield

I think Pantheon is a cool character and all, but he would be much more balanced if his E would act like Braum Shield. {Example: If ults Pantheon, if Pantheon uses E facing Fizz, he takes no damage from the shark popping up. The direction of the ability does not matter, only Pantheon's position relative to the enemy's position does.}

Pantheon still may be OP, but this would be a good start <3
