Change teemo? (no, not NERF him)

So, yes, i recently had a bad experience with teemo, and it sucked, because teemo :/ So, that got me thinking, "What's the point of teemo?" To completely and totally make the game annoying for you. Go anywhere that has the word teemo in it, that's what people say. So, then that got me thinking again, Riot can't stop telling us about how their goal is to have the game as FUN as possible. So when you have a champion that practically is meant to make you rage when you die to him, it kinda goes against what riot says all the time doesn't it? Wouldn't that call for a change?

Please don't hate on me hating, and i'm probably totally wrong, but that's my two cents <3
