Camille's Ult cannot be escaped from... EXCEPT...

A FLUFFY BUNNY 1··2 votes·960 views

I saw this happen not once but twice today in the same game. Camille would ult a player and Tahm Kench TahmKench would (W) put the ulted player in his mouth and walk right out of Camille's ult with them. So Camille's ult apparently mean not being able to escape by any means EXCEPT when Tahm Kench used his W...

I assume this is a glitch maybe?

No it's intentional. If he spits the player out before the end of the ultimate however, they fly back into the zone.

I saw him spit them out once befor the ult ended but I did not see them go back into the ult. I just am not sure though on the other time. On the time I saw him get spit out maybe the ultimate was just ending when he got spit out. But I know he ran away so we couldn't kill him. But I think we killed Tahm that time after he spit the guy out.

She might have left the zone after he ate the champion as well. A lot of things can cancel her ultimate.

If you are having troubles with it, pick a champion with a knockback and hit her out of the octagon.

It was not I was having trouble with it but that I was shocked to see Tahm grab the guy and run away with him then watch the guy escape through the jg. Anyways I just thought it was a little cheap to be able to escape her ult with his W.

It has to have SOME form of counterplay. It already has so little.

It has multiple forms of counter play. Not sure what you're going on about.

What are YOU on about. The only counterplay it has is 'do you have a knockback with enough range to knock her out of her R?' If not RIP

Or... just have your team follow up and protect you/harass her? It ends if she leaves, whether by choice or force. And she can't kill you in just the brief moment during your team being knocked back unless she builds full glass cannon at which point she'd die half a second later.

Her R cast range is also extremely short. If she's going for an R-dive, back off and have your team stop her before she gets in range for cast.

That is NOT counterplay. If you're alone there is nothing you can do about it. Stop defending this type of kit philosophy. FFS man

You deserve it for being alone. Stop going out by yourself.

You're right, friend! I should take the support top with me! Amazing! How does he do it?

Checked the replay. Cam left befor the Tahm spit out the champ so I didn't get to see if it would pull them back in.

MissingKayo1 votes

Oh okay.

Yes, if Tahm spits them out or walks out before the ult ends otherwise, they will get pulled back in (or at least, they should unless it's bugged).

Camille simply ended the ult early by leaving.

Leblancs Boob1 votes

Tough to say if that's intentional or not. But if Kench could do it I assume Kalista will be able to do the same.

MissingKayo1 votes

If the Oathsworn jumps before the ult ends, they will get pulled back in. If they don't, it's a bug.

ChaddyFantome1 votes

no. what it is is that when tahm W's his teamate, the wall doesnt detect the target leaving the ring. It only detects tahm leaving.

MissingKayo1 votes

If Tahm ate them and walked out before ult ended, the target should be pulled back out. If it doesn't, it's a bug. If Camille leaves the cage early, it ends, but otherwise, it's a bug. People who say that there's no counter play are spewing bullshit.

No glitch. If kench spits you out while the ults still going you fly back inside

Oleandervine1 votes

This is intentional. It takes Tahm considerable danger and spending his W to consume an ally, and since control of that champ is now given over to Kench for the duration, he can escape with them. They can't escape the Ultimatum, but Kench can.

MissingKayo1 votes

No, it is not intentional.

Absolutely nothing is allowed to be used to escape. Tahm's W isn't an exception.

It does not put him in any sort of danger to do so.

Tahm's W can eat the target. If he spits them outside the cage or walks outside the cage, they will get pulled out. That is what is intentional and what has happened till now. If it is not happening, that is a bug.

I would approve of making Tahm unable to leave if he has the target in his mouth.

They actually talked about that instance on the Camile pbe stream on twitch. It is intended but of tahm spits the ulted tarvet out before the ultimatum ends, then they'll snap back into the hexagon

A similar thing will happen with kalista ult
