I'm bad at the game so take this with a grain of salt but, Rhaast form gets % Damage healing, %Hp Damage on Q, W gets a knockup, and % Max HP damage on R
while Shadow just gets CC immune on E and bonus damage when he enters combat ???
you know maybe you should check the patch notes... i think riot agreed with you.. they MAY have done something about it...
shadow get more assasin perks, more dmg, more mobility Rhaast get more sustain, and %dmg which work better vs bruiser/tank champs.
You also forget shadow form gains bonus range on his W, more ratio on it, AND he can cast it and do anything else that he wants to do. Plus he loses the base damage on his ult, making it do abysmal damage vs squishies early... actually just in general. Unless you build full AD.
Also, it's only slow immunity. If he gets rooted or stunned, for example, it instantly ends his E.
