Problem with ability textures ingame.

So. For most of the games i play. It's not every game but it happens reallllly frequently. ALL Ability/item actives and mob particles are a very dark blue and hard to see. I don't know why it happens or if other people get it but i'll try to get some screenshots to edit in, in a second.
