My friend and i were qued up together as the two silver players. We were playing a normal game but still, how does this happen? it was a stomp from 3 minutes in. in no way was this a competitive game

Because Riot can't fix mmr in norms, idk they just don't know how or don't bother to promote a challenge?

This is Riot's matchmaking. Even in Ranked it is often this way.
