Vlad is broken. But the fact he 1 shot adcs in TEAM FIGHTS (probably late in the game) isnt the problem.
Vlad is def a league of meta cancer champ. Not sure why this is getting downvoted. He wouldn't be a problem if riot didn't balance their game around 54.5% win rates, which is just ass-stupid and goes a long way in explaining why this game runs like total garbage.
hmm a mage who builds ap and magic pen vs an adc who has NO MR gets one shot late game?
