Pick Order VS New Champ Select
I prefer pick order because at that time you were FORCED to explain your playstyle to your team but now new champ select FORCES the meta down our throat.

The part I liked about Pickorder, is that your rank was representative more of your average position rather than your best. You would probably be harassed if you went into ranked, only capable of playing one or two roles.
Now a days, we have these entitled little whiners who believe that Auto-fill is the most terrible thing that ever happened to League, and believe that their Rank should represent their favorite role only.
Pick Order enabled a toxic environment. Role Selection was introduced to help mitigate some of the toxicity and to provide a healthier and happy gaming environment, Auto Fill being enabled at all ranks was done to preserve the integrity of match making while allowing for both solo q AND flex to exist simultaneously.
