Why do people go out of their way to still inting in this game. i cant imagine it to be that fun to not play a game for most of the game watching from a gray screen. I can be rather negative but i still always try to at least win the game with offmeta stuff sometimes.

in LoL's matchmaking system you are going to lose half your games no matter what you do. that is how matchmaking works. so for every win you will have to take a loss and for every loss you will get a win.

so some people who understand this system just barely even want to win. they know that if they win they will have to take a future loss. so if anyone irritates them even slightly, now they dont want to win anymore. they want to lose to punish whoever irritated them and get a future win for it at the same time.

its one of the downsides of matchmaking.

Because Poros exist.

Because they're probably, what, teenagers in high school.

i used to INT some years ago when i was a young, frustated and very sad boy.

People inting are usually very angry about their life, they believe they deserve more.

they feel a sense of bitterness and injustice so they try to make other people feel it, as if it will help them feeling better, not alone in their pathetic life.

If I'm being over-the-top harassed 4v1 in pre-game lobby and they play the 'poor me' victim card in /all chat during the game itself, I don't feel any regret making them suffer the ill consequences of something I call "cause-and-effect". They brought it on themselves and I was taught not to roll over for assholes or smartasses who think they have the high ground just because of narrowminded self-entitlement mob mentality.

Sure, it looks bad out of context but since I go out of my way to word any replies I may just so happen to make in a very specific manner which states exactly what's going on, I have full confidence that Riot's systems and support will actually use basic common sense. When these internet tough guys continue to make empty threats at me, it only encourages me to continue to help them dig them their graves to give their reports absolutely zero weight to them.

I considered inting for the first time today, because someone intentionally banned my intended pick. He showed no remorse over it and I wanted to punish him because Riot hasn't made banning intended picks punishable. Didn't int though I came really close to it.

It's actually pretty fun INTing and being toxic. I remember in 2010 you could do whatever you wanted in the game, INT, troll, afk. You couldn't do it for hundreds of games but you could do it 20 in a row then chill a bit then do another 20 in a row, lol. It was actually cool cause if you got into a game where people wanted to play, no one would BM at all and you'd get a pretty chill game. BM back then means its a troll game.

It was nice to have the power to afk if you get BMed. Me and my friend would duo queue and if our team started BMing we'd just minimize LoL and play Street Fighter 3 on GGPO until the game was over.

Now I only like to play ranked and climb so I never want to INT, but back when I sucked it was fun.

I only int when i get my role and then someone dodges and then i get autofilled to support.

I also int when more than 1 player is being toxic to me before i be toxic to them

don't got much to lose in silver elo... im the one who can climb, they can't

I dunno, when im having a bad game/making poor choices expecting my team to join in on the fights I initiate and they tell me to stop inting. Might as well do what they say im doing anyway right?
