Call the new rune versions of TLD and SRS "Thunderlord's Mandate" and "Stormraider's Rush"

That way they sound familiar but still different. Like someone said in the dev post the names new replacement runes for Thunderlord's Decree and Stormraider's Surge, Stormlord's Mandate and Spellslinger's Surge, sound like cheap Wal-mart knock offs. I think the names we have now are really cool but I understand that they want to give them new but similar names to differentiate them from the current keystone masteries.

So my suggestion is to call them Thunderlord's Mandate and Stormraider's Rush This keeps the original, cool parts of the name while still giving them new freshness.
