Cho + Rylai's might be OP in 5.13

I'm pretty sure its gonna be close to impossible to get away from Cho's Q if they have Rylai's. Just because of the passive from his E. Cho will just be able to AA, the enemy gets slowed, he uses Q, enemy champion has to either flash or somehow be really close to the corner of the Q to be able to escape it. Although I might be wrong and Rylai's doesn't proc of E passive.

You can't do that anymore though. As seen in the patch overview, the biggest slow takes precedence over all other slows until it wears off.

So, if you land Q on Cho with Rylai's, the Q slow will be bigger and the target will only be slowed by 60%.

Do you even need Rylai's if you can land your Rupture (q)?

Seems like a wasted buy for all build paths. If you're building AP heavy (succesfully) all it takes is one combo to destroy most targets.

Rylai's isn't a viable choice for tank builds.

Luden's procs off E so Rylai's should too

It's not like Cho can just walk up to you and attack you. He usually has to use Q to initiate.

What I'm saying is he can build Rylai's and just slow you with the E passive, by attacking the minions. The off the slow he will just Q on you, making it easier to land it because of the increased slow.. or did i read the Rylai's change wrong?

Doesn't do much different things than it is doing right now, tbh.

Cho's is certainly treated as the multi-instance damage, and hence only gets the 20% slow. It makes hitting Q easier, true, but that was also true before the changes...

item 3116 Has always procced on Chogath's E. Or at least it did the last time I built it on him, which admittedly was a long time ago.
