(Visual) Corki E bug

Whenever I play or someone plays a Corki, when they use E little purple circles start appearing on Corki. It's everytime Corki uses E.

Around when this patch came out, I had a glitch that kept happening where when a Poppy would E+Q a bunch of blue particles would blow up everywhere, doesn't happen anymore but when it did it was a hilarious, also having this problem
