Icy Hot Shoto2 votesFun fact: When the Dynamic Q info was posted way before DQ was even put onto live servers we were told we'd have to LOCK IN our ban picks and champ choices. If you're only starting out in ranked then I can understand why that would happen but if you were around when the post for DQ was posted, it's your own fault for not reading.
