Cho passive update?

I feel like Cho needs a update bad, at least with his passive. It is extremely under powered, and on top of that you can now even get his passive on any champ by getting the feast mastery. It's just not unque anymore, it adds nothing to cho, and its just very under powered compared to all the other champions.

The healing from passive is pretty much an extra health potion every wave so I wouldn't exactly call it underpowered. There aren't a lot of champions with better innate sustain than Cho.

I think his passive is pretty strong. But he could use a rework overall
