Assuming that there is a heartseeker skin it will probably be Quinn.

No matter how i spin it I can't fit Twitch into that skinline. Kindred maybe, but also not sure how exactly.

Sweetheart Annie doesn't exactly belong into the same skin line, even though it's a Valentines skin. if there is a second skin this year again, the only oen I can come up with is sweatheart Nunu, but Carebear Willump is also weird.
