New Rune Idea

How about a rune that gives you more damage when you take damage. This could be useful against oppressive ranged or bully lanes. This could be implemented in varying ways, such as a bide or as a stacking mechanic similar to the old fervor. The bide ideas works in the way that, as a champion gets damaged over time they build up a capped meter that they can activate at any time to empower their next damaging auto or ability. It would only refresh if it is used or the champion dies before they can use it. The stacking mechanic would work similar to fervor in the sense that, as you continue to take more damage your bonus ad or bonus ap will increase until you hit max stacks. This mechanic would be more useful top lane than any other lane since the trades tend to be drawn out a bit more than the other lanes. This rune idea would be hard to balance since it could be seen as anti-fun, it discourages you from damaging an opponent if you cant kill them quickly. However, in top lane specifically if you get put into a losing lane it feelsbadman much more than any other because of how hard they can deny you and there just isnt much you can do about it on your own. something like Teemo Teemo vs Olaf Olaf ...from my experience its basically an auto win for Olaf. Maybe im just not experienced enough to know how to deal with that sort of scenario and everything I just said makes you lose even more faith in the existence of intelligent people on the league forums.
