Exhaust: the solution

Exhaust is a summoner that is pretty decently designed but is currently pushed out due to the damage meta.

One thing i would suggest to HELP league is to revert the tp nerfs (they made tp a troll pick and tp is garbage useless vs ignite now) and to buff exhaust, now im not saying exhaust should make everyone do 50% less damage from 30%. I'm simply asking. make exhaust last from 2.5 seconds to 3 seconds, and we can see how that goes and that can be one step forward to stopping burst.
