Warmogs is too strong, and veigar isnt nearly the strongest champ in this mode, though i hear him complained about a lot.
He doesnt even hold half a candle to these two. 
You actually have an entire 10% greater chance of beating veigar than these two.
It’s a non serious comical relaxing game mode, it’s not meant to be like the rift. It’s to chill relax and unwind from the rift...
I like the changes coming but i do agree that Veigar needs to be fixed in this mode. getting 300 Bonus ap at 10 mins is not anywhere close to being healthy for a champ even on this mode.
