I've been trying to learn Vi recently, and I've had absolutely no success.. I'm playing her in jungle mostly but thinking of trying her top. I'm not even really sure what my problem is, but if anyone could give me some general guidelines or tips on how to play Vi, that would be great. For starters: Vi is a champion similar to 
. What this means is if Renekton doesn't shit on lane, then he doesn't have a late game. Even then, he''ll still lose if the game goes on too long.
So, with Vi you basically play her in jungle as early game cheesy asshole. You have access to a long range gap closer that can bypass wards similar to 
and you use this to your advantage. You want to gank from these awkward angles unless they are not needed, and you want to particularly prey on champs with few escape abilities/lanes with high CC.
Your best ganks are 3-11.
Level 6 is when you can make really strong picks. You typically want to camp winning lanes, or lanes that have the potential to hard carry.
During team fights, you pretty much press R on the adc, or mid laner and proceed to make their life a living hell.

But literally, all I can say is when you play vi you want to go in and be aggressive, your abilities give you a ton of sticking potential and do insane damage while messing with tanks with her armor penetration. Don't be afraid to pick fights because most of the time as vi you're likely to win them.

is a very easy win in most fights, heck you can 1v2 or 1v3 a lot of things just with this alone. Gank early when you hit level 3 and have a good mana/health bar for a free early game boost on your team. You can even counter jungle and invade/cheese other junglers if you're healthy enough. Most junglers will just see vi and run even if they might win the trade.
MunchCrunchLunch1 votesdon't pick her into any devoure champion. you'd lose the 1v1. but shes really good against tanky junglers. because of armor shred and % max health damage. you can go devoure rageblade on her but its more fun to go full ad lol.
