that champ is just not fair there is no way as a jungler to gank her early but her early game is where she is the best and thats why she is always fed so why not at least nerf her damage. I have yet to be in a game that she has not been fed and i see her more and more often . I just want someone to tell me how to counter her
She's a lane bully that is easily countered by any other lane bully. 
all can either out poke her / out sustain her.
is actually good against cheese champions on top.
Yeah, just take a standard lane bully for top lane.

Literally Fiora is one of the most useless champions against a competent team. Meaning that she stomps most bronzies, but she's easily dealt with.
