When is the Garen nerf coming?q

Garen is in 80% of my games and he is absolutly busted. He is so easy to play and he has no counter play. He is so tanky that you cannot all in him. His passive is so strong that meaningful poke doesnt last on him at all. his inbuild silence means he can trade affectivly againt any champion. and to top it all off, his ult does so much damage.

He is considered s tier on near all the tier list sites, and he is so so so boring to play agaisnt.

When is the garen nerf? at my elo he is absolute hell. not everyone is challanger you know....

he fell off with the current patch, and hes very close to 50% winrate now. so if were lucky, there wont be any nerfs because they would be pointless now.

id suggest you get good.
