Ardent Censor and Redemption

So i've seen alot of heal-based supports go both ardent censor and redemption even though they clearly say the heal/shield boost is unique and therefore cannot stack with each other. Why do people still get both? Am I messing out on something, if so, what?

Since it is not a named passive, the unique merely prevents the same item stacking with itself. It will still stack with any other item 3114 item. If it was Unique - Healing Power - 10% bonus healing/shielding (or something), it would not stack. However, since it is not named, it doesn't prevent them from stacking additively. Wikia confirmed this as well. See the "Lifeline" passive from item 3156 and item 3053.

You can technically stack item 3114 item 3222 item 3504 item 3107 and windspeaker's blessing for a total of 58% increased healing. If the receiver of the heal also has runic armor and spirit visage it becomes 110% increased healing.

Yes, you are. Nameless unique effects, like the healing bonus from Redemption and Ardent Censer or the lethality from lethality items, do stack with other passives from different items, but not from the same item. In other words, if you have Redemption and Censer, you get 20% increased healing, but if you have 2 Redemptions, you only get 10%.
