So Murumana/Manamune
Just this item is strange to me, no champion other than ezreal uses this item pre-rework urgot built it, but now its only ezreal, why do we have an item in the game which only benefits one champion?

Jayce used it (sometimes) for a while, but lethality just outclasses it upon released.
Honstly the item is too crappy, shock is too crappy unless it's double-procced, which only our boy Ezreal can do on a consistant basis... This is also the problem with Kleptomancy - there are only 10 "Abilities that trigger Attack Effects", and only one of them has has good synergy (Ezreal).
Honestly, they should probably remove Kleptomancy triggering from abilities that trigger attack effects (only treigger on regular attacks and make the keystone better), as well as reworking Manamune into something actually useful.
And this may seem that I'm crapping on Ezreal - I just think it's probably bad he has one keystone and item only he can really use. Needs further tweeking that he's a good champion without abusing one mechanic only he can abuse.
Witts end. Glp Edge of night
I build it a lot on Taric. He gets a lot of value because how his kit works. His mana costs are insane meaning tear is great and his passive doubles his attack speed making the ad and on hit effect from muramana strong on him. Other mana items like Iceborn, Righteous glory, Frozen heart, and Abyssal mask are also all good on him meaning he can stack mana items to get a lot of value from the mana to ad conversion.
I think the problem is it doesn't do enough, especially when compared to the AP counterpart Archangel's/Seraph's.
I think changing the recipe from
+
to
+
and giving it a bit of CDR would help bring it in line and make it more desirable for other champions.
Go build it on syndra and press R with 7 balls
No other adc uses as much mana as Ezreal. And if they would need mana, they can simply buy Essence reaver... They can't charge manamune as quick as Ezreal and they don't need that much mana.
mama mia!
It's not that it only benefits him, it's that no other scaling champion really needs a combination of AD, on-hit damage, and mana that doesn't have a better item early on. Most AD champions could certainly use it, but it's simply not worth the gold when you could buy almost a whole crit/lethality item instead and get an instant powerspike.
I really think
Kai'Sa could get a TON of value out of this item, but unfortunately, it's bugged for her and doesn't give her evolution progress for her Q, so it kills her early-mid game to buy it.
Problem is that if you build a tear, you're giving up stats in the early game--if you don't -need- said stats to lane, then either you probably could have pressed your opponent more heavily with them, or you've probably just been farming from range to avoid interacting with your lane opponent, which most ADs can't do quite as well as APs.
You can make it work on warwick top, pretty trolly and you gotta be low elo but I have gotten it to work against some of the hardest match ups. In my opinion it should give some additional benefits to melee champions as after much testing on melee's you would think it could do decent ww was the only one I could do consistently well with using it. If you wanna try it out I was doing...
lethal tempo, presence of mind, alacrity, last stand(war wick can come back well on low HP and only needs to get the enemy low to assure victory all thanks to his two passive so this rune is best on him in my opinion).
Mana flow band, transcedence.
1-10% cdr or 10% attack speed depending
9 adaptive force
15-90 hp

(
get now if you are getting shoved in every wave)

or
depending
each are options for their own relevant reasons... CC will mess you up like nothing else so I tend to get for merc treads and don't go ionian boots if you chose the 1-10% cdr.
(
build now if you didn't need to get it)
I think this is best for warwick since he does well as a tank however
is a lot more fun if ou don't blow up right away(not sure if the passive applies the dmg from the healing he gets from his q but it applies on hit and at this point Q heals and dmges for a metric ton cause you will have your muramana.)
The last two depend on which Tiamat item you picked and what dmg the enemy is pumping out most of.
- Reaons to get are more then reasons not to get especially if you went titanic hydra, only reasons I wouldn't is I am fed and/or if the enemy has little magic damage.
- This is what I got if I went ravenous hydra, was ahead, and they had decent magic dmg.
- anti kiting tools and/or armor that synergize with ww ult.
If an ally AP is carrying then...
and warwick happens to do a ton of magic dmg no matter how you build him.
If an ally AD is carrying then...
and warwicks ult pretty much means the target is dead.
You skill max RQEW most of the time like you do on ww… However if you are doing well then you can do RQWE as the W attack speed passive synergizes strongly with lethal tempo and muramana.
To use lethal tempo consistently on Warwick you wanna hold the Q for when they want to kite you when it activates as when you use a "fully charged" Q then it swings ww to the other side of them, allowing full utilization of the lethal tempo. Holding the Q is also good since it saves the heal for after you receive a decent amount of dmg.
I haven't done mana tech ww in awhile so recent changes to the precision rune tree might change what you want on him... but lethal tempo/alacrity/10% attack speed/trinity force/and the Warwick W passive makes the muramana make sense which was the point of the build. I gotta say when all this is in full effect... the muramana just melts enemies.
Lastly
could be a good alternative to
and
as a better way to all in, however you lose the anti kitting tools in those items.
Maybe if you are plat or higher this wont fly but for me I never failed to enjoy a game. Wouldn't call it Korean pro viable but it is a lot of fun.
hi
Tbh this item has more than just 1-2 users. The problem is people do "well enough" on other builds to actually sub it in. They look for the up front AD values on items instead of the potential power of items, and decide, CDR, flat AD, and Lethality carry more.
I run an almost 500 AD
build with Muramana. Ult damage is up to 7800, and it double taps with her passive.
I also run a Muramana occasionally on Ornn, because it pairs well with an Iceborne build with an abyssal mask, and his Q 100% AD scales, and the Brittle proc + Shock proc will do insane, unexpected damage.
It also has potential on Kai Sai, (although no one ever tried it), because Kai Sai can potentially evolve 2 skills just by having
. But..... people never try it because they believe in adc meta items.
