So am I the only one to notice how absolutely RIDICULOUS this is?

Satchel Charge (W) [NEW EFFECT] will now destroy turrets if they are below 25/27.5/30/32.5/35% health. (From Surrender@20)

He can literally just walk up, toss it down and good-bye turret, even if it isn't too horribly low on health. Any thoughts on as to why this is even a thing?

If Ziggs players start maxing the W first then we will know its a problem and it will get nerfed. Why? Its his only escape mechanism. Its a trade off since it has serious cooldowns: COOLDOWN: 26 (rank 1)/ 24 (rank 2)/ 22 (rank 3)/ 20 (rank 4)/ 18 (rank 5)

So at rank one for 26 seconds you have no escape besides summoner 4 , and if the enemy is keeping track of your summoners you are now essentially a "free kill" so to say.

25% is usually within kill range in the early game on a single strong tower push anyways and it costs him his major safety ability to do it.

It could be really strong but to me it honestly seems like it's more of a gimmick that rarely makes a difference. If Ziggs and his team is in a position where he doesn't mind blowing his W then that tower was probably doomed on the next wave in any case.
