Because we have Teemo "mains" who kept crying that he doesn't fit into the meta, where in reality, they're just hiding the fact that Teemo gets to have tons of free poke at ~~mid & bot~~ top lane.

I'm pretty sure I haven't seen a Teemo in Ranked since last season. Maybe one that went ADC and failed though, I think.

Maybe they think if they make Teemo OP then people will forget about Riven and Darius . I'm only surprised no one really said anything about his bouncing shrooms when that became a thing.
