How do i beat kat mid?
who counters kat? and how do they counter her?
and dont just tell me to not feed her and out farm her, i want a real answer

Pretty much mages that have easy to land CC to lock her down and burst her.
Walrus is the Best mid. But its not in the poll options.
Step 1. Dont feed her
Step 2. identify the CC needed to stop her ult, you MUST save CC from her ult.
Step 3. wards, wards will show when she is roaming and will save you to do the ultimate step. Dont feed her.
Step 4. If you are the mid laner CALL MIA if you do not pink missing and danger AT LEAST 3 times people wont notice and youll get blamed and she will be fed.
Step 5. Dont get baited into a fight.
Step 6. Focus her.
If you can manage to do this Kat will be shut down
Riven is an amazing counter pick to kat, its an unconventional mid, but it does incredibly well, whenever she engages on you, press w, then decide to all in, or dash out with her e.
Well i main fizz and whenever she goes in on me and you hear her ult activate thats when i press E. To negate most of the damage.
Anyone with stuns or silences can be good against kat.
For example,
Has his shocking orb which cancels her ult.
Don't use stun or silences until you hear that sharp blade noise that sounds like a TING!
Any champ with hard cc generally gives her problems.
i like kat alot more, but fizz is just broken. to answer the real question though, all these champs counter her 
To counter kat u need CC it is the one thing that will be her down fall.
