*Remove bonus fury *Give him some extra crit chance when he uses it *Make it drain 20 fury per second and when he's out his ult go ends

Just thought it would remove his hidden power ;)

Remove his ultimate period. Give him something else to fit his kit and turn him into an actual viable champion and not one that can crush low uncoordinated ELOs and become absolutely useless in the higher ones.

His ult as it is is why he's a diver, and the bonus fury is a boost to his 1v1 power if he needs it, plus it lets him heal afterwards. Regarding your idea, tryndamere could potentially have an infinite ult with sufficient attack speed and crit.
