@Riot Can we have a civilized DQ Discussion here?

All the posts I'm seeing is just a shitstorm of useless crap.

Let's get one thing out of the way. I always see these posts about match quality. The match quality in low rated games just outright won't be there the majority of the time. In soloq playing in bronze, silver, gold, even plat, you're always going to have the one guy on your team that just isn't playing well that game, or is legitimately an awful player, and will make the match quality dwindle. There is no possible way to solve this stuff.

Now on to my point, I personally am completely indifferent, I don't particularly like dq, but I don't hate it either. A lot of what I am seeing is people bandwagon on to the arguments of high elo players and pros, and I see these people that are in an elo range where dq has a very minimal effect on games. As such, they backlash and babyrage about it.

What I want to know from Riot, is essentially, what was wrong with having duo/trio q, and a ranked 5 man queue? Because right now, You can have a team, and play 5's all the way up to diamond. After that? Guess you don't have a team anymore. To me this makes little sense for a multitude of reasons.

First being that you can't have a dedicated team and actually climb past D5, which then inhibits challenger teams, unless they have changed how CS works.

Next problem is, in your round table video addressing this, you blatantly said that it is awkward to have people reach D5 playing 5 man, then it disappearing, and being unable to play at the rank very well.

-Now there is so much wrong with that, that it is not even funny. If they can't play at the elo because they don't have a 5 man- They. Should. Not. Be. There.

Moving on, I'd like to ask, Why do we need to have a 5 stack mixed on the same ladder as solo, duo, or trio?

Didn't read your post. Riot won't talk about DQ because they don't know what they're doing, so how could they tell us? It's clearly an experiment that they're trying out and will keep working on for a year or two before inventing a new thing where a monkey throws a banana at you to pick which game you join.
