Anivia and Galio in need of love

Both of them are powerful (at least in theory) mages with crazy amounts of cc and wave-clear and must be kept in check by making their early game quite hard , before they get their mana items and can start really shoving lanes and being late game monsters. BUT With the mana nerfs , they simply don't have a power spike that they can take advantage of because they are always out of mana , and Galio took it even worse , with the gutting of his main item Athene's , that simply doesn't give him the mana he needs anymore . Now they're just 1-combo-and-back mages because they simply have no resources to do anything else
