"your counterplay is just gtfo his lane" No the counterplay in that scenario was avoiding his E. You would have already failed to execute the couterplay in that scenario. Whenever I see people complaining about "no counterplay" what they actually mean is "why isn't there even more counterplay past the already existing counterplay that I failed to use/do to salvage my failed encounter".

Wukong's E is a point & click, not a skillshot. Even his follow up Q combo's also a point & click. Especially with Duskblade being built, his damage out of brush is seriously demonic when also combined together with his ult.

ADC's have squishiness & the lack of CC compared to tanks being their counterplay. Wukong on the other hand has natural resistances from his passive (x5 when near 5 enemies, and now imagine him with Stoneplate. Tell me if ADCs actually has any of these), a stealth which can't be revealed in terms of engaging or disengaging, and an AoE knock-up which synergizes well with most Lethality buildds & Black Cleaver.

Wukong's kit is unlike LeBlanc where she needs 1 second to wait for her passive to proc, and from there, victims can use that 1 second to find a counterplay such as shielding/dashing away/etc.

He's an outdated champ that needs a rework tbh. He has limited to no counterplay, but is unplayable just because his kit isnt as fucking retarded in numbers as most champs.

Here's a tip for you :

Kill him over and over again before he gets his duskblade ? Ask for a gank ? Go gank some other lane ? You prolly fed him before he even got his duskblade to begin with.
