Monopolizing One for all

Ive been playing this gamemode ever since it came out and ive got to say. I dont think its really fair that parties can monopolize picks on the lottery draft by having 3 or more people just all pick the same champ and ruling out all the other picks due to "Majority". Whats the point of having a lottery pick if its always just of 3/5 people pick the same champ lets give it to them. ive been stuck playing what other people want (I dont wanna sound like im really complaining too much) but its gotta have some more fairness dont you guys think?
