Nerfing Malzahar's base movespeed is easy and would solve his problem

Right now my main problem when playing against Malzahar is that with his passive he can just walk up to me, use a spell and ult. And I can't do anything in the meantime, I can't stun him. please Make it harder for him to get to his prey

Yea, God forbid a champion could WALK UP TO YOU and use a spell, I propose we remove his movement speed completely rendering him unable to move so the enemies are forced to walk up to him, or he needs to use flash to move.

his movement speed is not the problem. if he can just walk up to you, YOU are doing something wrong.

You need to learn to proc his passive with a less valuable ability so that when he is vulnerable, you can hammer out meaningful damage
