literally the only way to kill this guy is being udyr and mundo and leblanc(high burst mage)
Are you just mae because you don't know how to counter him? That reload mechanic is pretty rough on him.

seriously this marksman is a monster you cannot survive against
even if he position's badly the damage and snare makes up for it
he needs to be olaf'd . 
I never had any trouble dealing with Jhin. the moment he ults is the moment he dies. Also If Yi ults, snares will not work on him. He has to be slowed by bombs for snare/stun to work.
Assuming Jhin can do 600*3+1200=3000K damage with 4 shots at lvl 18 in constant time window, a brusier Yi will survive. During that constant time, you just hope that Yi doesn't get you.
Unlike other ADC's, Jhin's weakness is his attack ( not attack speed). Any time he attacks, he is in range of others. You can bs about his crit hit will give him MS to escpage, but that's 4th shot and hope that you team is good (not you).
FYi: Jhin is only as good as his team/sup. His W or E will be blocked by 
i.e. it is good against non tanks.
He's a touch overturned, mainly due to his INSANE synergy with DFT in the late game and in general strong early laning and team fight follow up.
They might have to do something like alter how his AD "bonus" is granted so that the HUGE extra isn't applied to DFT. It would put him MUCH closer to being balanced.
