people don't understand this shit and constantly pick the same 10 fucking champions over and over this was a shit game mode when it came out remove it and bring back urf or black market brawl.

I think this is a common misconception and the root of the problem. You're not "supposed" to give them "bad picks". You're just supposed to draft a team that shouldn't work. All immobile adcs, and so on. In the end I think they idea is just to have wacky teams on both sides. In its current state this is just 5v5 support brawls every single game.
I still play, and I have a good time, but it could be better.
