Surrender Spam Suggestion

I have seen in multiple games its usually only one or 2 peole that keep spamming surrender votes.

Riot please limit each person one one surrender vote request per match

( personally I would like the whole system taken out but i know that will never happen)

personalty I am in the no retreat no surrender camp even in the face of certain defeat.

at the very least it will stop that stupid box from appearing quite so often.
