Auto lock on old threads?
Just wondering its possible (i dont know anything technical about running a forum) to program an auto lock after x amount of inactivity in a thread..... would go along way to stopping necro posts.

I agree, people revive threads that are months old just to make really odd comments that hold no relevance to what is going on in the current meta.
it's distracting and irritating to be tricked by seeing these months old threads pop up on the 'recent' view as if they are being hotly discussed.
