We all know that in the early/mid game, boots are an important part of the game. I won't deny that. But when you get in the late game where it is about player/team composition and team fights/plays. Does anyone else think boots are overrated? last game I decided to get rid of my boots late game to get another AP item to boost my AP around 950 so I could help team fight even more.
I don't know I guess it just seems to me that in the late game you don't really need to run away

. Since it gives movement speed, and actual combat stats. And helps survivability more then boots.

why would you start a team fight if someone wasn't there?? Or were you planning on losing? I am confused on your wording. you say team fights are what matters, so did I. boots don't matter in team fights, unless you are dumb and start it when someone isn't there

I still am confused, why would someone else start it when your team isn't there? unless you mean the other team, in which case, why would you be so far extended that the other team Could start the team fight while your team wasn't there? if someone gets caught out, let them die, why would you go into a team fight when you already know the person caught is as good as dead?
