Slythion1 votesYa the stealth -> charm aspect is pretty cancerous aspect to her kit, for some reason the dumbass in me thought you were saying evelynn would get cc'd from her stealth and I was really worried about your intelligence level lmao. Visually and thematically she was pretty on the mark and the rest of her kit is pretty solid as well. That includes her ultimate, as assassins as a class are supposed to have slipperiness to a degree.
I view her rework as a definite improvement, even if it wasn't perfect. I would disagree with any suggestion that her rework was an outright failure. Same goes for Urgot

Evelynn just needs tweaks to help her 1v1 other skirmish. Ive said in other posts, that if they removed the the slow from an early expunge on W but keep the mr shred and charm at full expunge, then move the slow to her Q's so she can kite other champs that counter her REALLY easily, like rengar and kha and lee and so on.
(not that I think shes unplayable or bad rn, but I feel like these are good changes cause sometimes it feels like I can do literally nothing sometimes against an invade or 1v1 with even the support after I've used my combo or its simply not up.
