Doom Bots 2.....

Am I the only one that find Doom Bots 2 way more boring than the first one...? I mean, yea it's fun in a way, you play against ultra strong Bots, but you know, we can't do anything. We are only able to stay in lane, cause if not, we lose, and staying in lane is boring. In fact, we can't even push to the towers, it's useless. All we can do is poke the bots and try not to die. Yes there is a challenge in winning the game, but it's not even winning. I think it's more of a Nexus Defense than a Doom Bots mode... Im not saying that because I can't win and because im bad at the game. No. As soon as I saw a video of the mode on PBE, I was like ''What the hell is this... Why are they even calling it Doom Bots''. This gamemode is all about Teemo killing people, ok it's funny because Halloween is coming etc. but what about the gamemode itself, is that what we meant when we asked for Doom Bots again....? Please Riot, give us the REAL Doom Bots

Nope. Obliterated. Brutally.

I'm all for the mode being balanced against you - that's what made Doom Bots so fun the first time around. But this fucking shit isn't just balanced against you. It's balanced against the very idea of winning. Bot respawns are so fast they get back to lane before you can AFTER KILLING THEM. Their playstyle is safe and defensive enough that you can barely get a foothold unless you play a very specific champ type. And over time their excessively powerful abilities just wear you down so much you can't stay and clear, so you lose towers. Then there's Teemo at the end, which is an enormous unkillable threat WHILE THE OTHER BOTS ARE STILL PUSHING (and their death timers haven't really increased so killing them only buys you a few minutes).

I'm silver V, and I deserve silver V. There is no reliable way for me to play this game mode and hope to win, because either I play the first mode and it seems to be about 20-30, or I play the second and the psychos I get matched with vote 50-100 or we end up landing a random 50+ anyway. Far as I can tell I need like a 5-10 to even consider it. And that's never going to happen.

Doom Bots was fun because after some time learning the champs, their abilities and their buffs, you could figure out playstyles that allowed you to push and win. If this is all Riot's going to do with Doom Bots, I've played my last of it. Fuck this.
