Returning to League - Any Changes since February?

Hi everybody, I am returning to league of legends after a 2-month hiatus. Has there been any major gameplay elements changed? The characters I played were as follows: and . I was planning on playing too.

As you can see, a lot of supports with some damage thrown in there too.

So who is op right now, who is up, and who is overall fun to play?

Have there been many gameplay elements changed or will I be coming back to a familiar playing field? Thank you!

Nope. Patch notes are just there for shits and giggles. No changes in the last two months in the slightest.

They are especially any that can jg and build the cinderhulk enchantment.

...Obvious sarcasm was obvious. And also apparently had some staggering aerodynamic properties to go that far over your head.

Just as a quick refresher, currently tanky Top laners are taking Smite/Teleport in order to purchase Skirmisher's Saber with the Cinderhulk enchantment, as Skirmisher's Saber reduces the damage someone deals by 20% for 6 seconds and Cinderhulk grants +25% bonus Health (like SotAG from last year) on top of a completely better Sunfire Cape aura for, like, 500g less. Bard is currently garbage despite Riot's best intentions, mostly because despite all of his potential utility, his ability to actually, you know, support, is rather on the abysmal side. Luden's Echo was released to replace Deathfire Grasp and, if you want my opinion, is basically exactly as broken for a different subset of champions, and URF happened. It was glorious.

I think that should get you about up to speed.
